Balwearie "Bee" 3 Glenwood 7 This was another very sporting match between the two teams. It is hoped that this will be a monthly event as for both teams it is a wee break from normal training and playing. Glenwood were minus a few players and so Alan Campbell helped them out defensively, Alan McDaid played just over half the game for them before switching to help Balwearie Bee and Kevin of Balwearie played a game in goals for Glenwood.For Balwearie Ron and Ian made their debuts in place of the absent Mike, Paul, Craig and Derek. Micheal scored two of the Balwearie goals with Alan McDaid chipping in with the other. Peter and Colin of Balwearie refereed the game.
Pregame action: Glenwood versus Balwearie Bee Wednesday 14th April 2004 The committee met at the Strathearn Hotel. Alan McDaid attended as a new committee member. Specific Information will be cascaded down to the team when the minutes are produced. We discussed such various issues: sponsorship, fundraising, club awards, website - purchase of domain name (we now have www.balweariefloorball.co.uk - it will be active when I get time to transfer it over!), coaching, training, club funds, role of the Bee team.

enjoyed their time at Milton Keynes and ended up in 6th position
after losing the Play-Off to Mersyeside Ravens. It was a superb experience
for all the squad and we are already planning for next season. As
a club we also secured our first ever victory and followed that up with
a second
victory as well for good measure.
